Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Tracerr at tracerr.cc. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Tracerr is run from the Netherlands, and Dutch law applies to these terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 16 in the EU, use Tracerr with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• One person, one account. Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Give us an email address that works, so we can reach you about your account.

Your username is your link. You can use it as long as you follow these terms, but you don't own it.

• We may reclaim a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is offensive, or is being held only to resell.
• Buying, selling or trading usernames is not allowed.
• Some names are reserved for the service itself and can't be claimed.

Everything you put on your page stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it publicly on your page and in link previews, only to run the service. That permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account.

You are responsible for what you post, including links, images, videos and music. Only use material you have the right to share. If someone believes your page infringes their rights, we may remove the content.

Premium unlocks extra features on top of the free plan. There are two ways to get it, with exactly the same features:

• Monthly for €2.50 per month. It renews every month until you cancel; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime for €9.99 once. Lifetime means for as long as Tracerr exists, not for the lifetime of a person.

Under EU law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Premium starts immediately, we ask you to agree that it starts right away, and you lose the right of withdrawal once you start using it. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll sort it out.

If your account is suspended for breaking these terms, Premium ends without a refund. If Premium ends for any other reason, your page keeps working on the free plan and nothing is deleted.

Don't use Tracerr for anything illegal, harmful or abusive. The full list is in our Acceptable Use Policy. If you break the rules, we may remove content, reclaim your username, or suspend or delete your account. In serious cases we do this without warning.

We work hard to keep Tracerr fast and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove a paid Premium feature, we'll replace it with something of similar value or offer a fair solution.

Features that depend on other services, such as Discord, YouTube and Lanyard, can stop working when those services change.

Tracerr is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost income. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

You can stop using Tracerr at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its username can become available to others again.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll announce it in our Discord and update the date at the top before it takes effect. If you keep using Tracerr after that, the new terms apply.
