01The idea
Tracerr is for showing who you are. Be creative, be loud, be weird. Just don't use your page to hurt people, trick them, or break the law. This policy applies to everything on your page: your name, bio, images, links, songs and anything you link to.
02Illegal and dangerous content
- Anything illegal in the Netherlands or the EU.
- Any sexual content involving minors. We report this to the authorities.
- Promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against people.
- Selling or promoting weapons, drugs, or other illegal goods and services.
03Harming other people
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging others to target someone.
- Hate speech or attacks on people for who they are.
- Sharing someone's private information without permission (doxxing), including addresses, phone numbers and photos.
- Impersonating a person, creator, brand or the Tracerr team.
- Content that encourages self-harm or eating disorders.
04Adult and graphic content
Profiles are public and many of our users are young, so no pornography, sexually explicit images, or graphic gore. Links to adult sites are not allowed either.
05Scams, malware and spam
- Phishing, fake giveaways, or pages that ask for passwords, Discord tokens or payment details.
- Links to malware, token grabbers, IP loggers, or downloads that hide what they do.
- Misleading redirects, link farms, or spam.
- Pretending to sell Tracerr Premium, badges or usernames.
06Abusing the platform
- Faking views or other numbers on your page.
- Creating accounts in bulk, or holding usernames only to resell them.
- Trying to break, overload, or get around the security of Tracerr, including scraping and automated sign-ups.
- Using music, videos or images you don't have the right to use, after the rights holder asks us to remove them.
07What happens if you break the rules
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- remove the content or link,
- reclaim your username,
- remove badges or Premium without a refund,
- suspend or permanently ban your account.
We decide case by case and may act without warning when people are at risk.
08Reporting a page
See a page that breaks these rules? Report it in the help channel of our Discord, with the link to the page and what's wrong. If you think we made a mistake with your account, tell us there too and we'll take another look.
